Our mission is to protect the lives and property of Tellico Village residents, Loudon County citizens, and visitors by delivering exceptional fire, rescue, emergency, and medical response services that meet or exceed community expectations.

This mission is achieved through fire suppression, medical response, training and education, fire prevention, investigations, rescue operations, and public safety outreach, as well as other emergency and non-emergency initiatives.
We are committed to promoting public safety and fostering community support through professional and dedicated service. We strive to be active participants in our community, serving as role models while ensuring the efficient and effective use of our resources. Our goal is to provide services of the highest quality that are both appropriate and impactful for the residents of Tellico Village.​
